A few changed to the rules

Two things in this post:

1. The rules of the forum have been updated. Nothing has been changed really, but the new posting goes into more detail about what not to do, whats considered offencive, and what could happen if you break the rules.

2. Because they are now allowed in Runescape, the words ass and damn are no longer censored on this forum. At the same time though, DO NOT get carried away with your language. Swearing in excess is still grounds for a suspension or a ban.
